My Mission

WonderFul Life is my vision after 15 years of experience in the field, both nationally and internationally, facilitating and studying psychological healing practices.  I have been on a healing path myself for most of my adult life, using many forms of strategies from EMDR, Yoga, movement therapy, wilderness exploration, Tapping and conventional talk therapy.  My path of learning and practicing therapy continually moves me to grow, learning more about myself, and deepens my own healing.  I am inspired all the time working with my clients.  I fundamentally believe that when we are fulfilled and peaceful in ourselves, we are kinder and more loving to our families and community.  The name WonderFul Life is a celebration of life, and an offering of hope that you will again experience your WonderFul life.  To feel and experience all the joy, the miracles, the peace and the love we can have just by existing, living and breathing every day.

My mission is to relieve suffering in the world.  To join my clients on the path of positive transformation. I know that we are all the experts of our own healing, and at times we need a partner and guide to assist in unlocking the code to our own sense of personal freedom, entering into our own wonderful life.  I strive to be emotionally available to all people- of all genders, sexual orientations, racial and ethnic backgrounds.  I have worked with people from all over the world, of many different religions, ethnicities, and cultural backgrounds.  I believe that no matter where you come from, I am never the expert of YOU.  I will always be curious, and always seek to understand how it feels to be you in this world, in your circumstances, and in the body you have.  I will show up for hard conversations.  Because of all of my experience I feel confident that I have the tools to assist you in living a happier, healthier life.  I offer an integrative approach, addressing the mind, the heart and the body to gain deeper healing and recovery from the traumas of life.

We can not always change our external circumstances.  Having someone really listen to our pain and struggles, without judgement, or discomfort is the start to giving our bodies the permission to heal.  By being deeply validated, while addressing the wounding from past trauma, that lodges in our bodies, hearts and mind, repeating negative thought and behavior cycles, we can start the process of setting ourselves free from anxiety and depression.  I have many tools in my tool box, and I am a compassionate person.  I look forward to hearing from you, and starting on this journey with you, to unlock the code to your WonderFul Life!
